We are grateful to God for a fruitful Milkwood Summer Programme, with over 40 different children attending over the week. Thank you to everyone who was involved. We showed the video highlights in our services on Sunday and they can also be viewed here:

Susan will be coming to the end of her curacy in the parish of Herne Hill this month. She has been asked by the Archdeacon to join St Barnabas, in Dulwich, to support the new incumbent there. We are very grateful for Susan’s ministry in Herne Hill and pray God’s blessing on her and her family in this next phase of ministry. Susan’s last Sunday with us will be 15th September when she will be preaching at 9.30am and 11.15am, and then we will have a farewell tea at 3-4.30pm, at St Saviour’s.

If you’d like to make a donation towards a farewell gift, you can put cash, or a cheque, in an envelope marked ‘Susan’, or you can make a donation to the parish account with “Susan” as the reference.

Sarah-Jane will also be leaving the staff team in September as she finishes the maternity cover for Kelly. Kelly will now be full-time from September. We are grateful to Sarah-Jane for helping our buildings become greener and safer.
