Prayer is a vital part of the life of our churches and is encouraged as a first-line response in all circumstances. When individuals have encountered difficulty or trauma we provide not only pastoral support and advice but prayer as well. Prayer ministry is available at all of our Sundays services but you can also make an appointment for pastoral prayer with one of the clergy team.
Intercession sheets are produced each week, to assist those leading intercessions at the main services, and include details of the sick and bereaved, and other local needs.
For those leading intercessions we have produce some Intercessions Planning ideas.
Prayer in small groups is significant for many, and a wonderful way of people coming together to pray for the church. Some people are also part of prayer triplets and we encourage everyone to be part of a discipling community where you can find prayer and support.
We currently pray as a parish via zoom on Tuesday at 8am-8.30pm. The zoom prayer links are:
