Prayers of Love and Faith

We are now able to offer prayers of blessing for same sex couples in our worship services.

There are members of the clergy team who are willing to offer these prayers.  Please do contact our vicar Ben Goodyear if you wish to discuss this further. We not currently able to offer special standalone services.

In December 2023, the House of Bishops of General Synod have approved a suite of Prayers of Love and Faith, including prayers for use with same-sex couples, that churches can, but are not obliged to use.  At the moment these prayers can be used only as part of a regular Sunday service, not in a special standalone service.
