LIVING THROUGH GRIEF

Sooner or later grief comes to us all and the death of someone we love can be devastating and is the most painful and complex loss we are ever likely to experience. Working through our grief can take a long time and no two people have the same loss or the same journey. This process can include shock, numbness, disbelief, anger, guilt, physical and emotional pain and chaos of thought, until there comes a time when we learn to live with our loss.

If you would like to find out more about what support we offer people who have been bereaved, as someone who has experienced loss or as someone wanting to get involved supporting others, or if you would simply like to talk, please contact Gill:

Rev Gill Tayleur, , 07546 539737

If you have been bereaved, here are some resources and links that may help:

“Helping bereaved people find support”, At a loss website signposts and links to many helpful resources and organisations, and it has a bereavement counselling service.
